Monday 16th November Another social weekend

Last weekend was a filled with social events. Children’s birthday and the NL school of two of Merijns class mates. With a lot of swimming and sliding of a inflatable water slide on Saturday. This was rescheduled from the afternoon to the morning because of Victoria’s visit, the Swedish crown princess. I used the time for some shopping at the Junction. On Sunday we were invited to a BBQ at Esters place at the beginning of the street we live. There most of the known aid and development agencies were represented by Dutch; Plan, Care, Terre des Homes and more. We were treated on lovely food and shared experiences from different African corners. One of the guests called Petra was so kind to drop us off at the front of the gate.
