2nd March 2009 House for rent

I just recieved a message from the person that is renting my house in Norway (see picture previous post), she is going to move out as soon as she can move into the place she has found in Drøbak. My house is adjecent a lake, river and a road, that brings you to Oslo in half an hour by car. We are going to stay in Nairobi until the end of June 2010, so the house is available for a year or a little more.

Otherwise we had a quite weekend. Merijn has played with Robert a few hours on Sunday. His mother Eveline works at Merijns school and his father is growing flowers a little outsite Nairobi. The landlord was giving a gardenparty on Sunday afternoon with as special guest a close collegue of his wife who is working as a teacher in London. Her name is Lize Goes and has written a book 'Fusion' based on her own experiences of living in Kenya when she started her carier. Now she has retiered and taken up writing. The company and the food were lovely, but I still have a cold that does not want to leave my body. I hope that will be over soon, so I have some extra energy again.
