The cloudy morning did not ask for a hurry to get up, although it was light outside for many hours. Out of bed I do what probably everybody does, make tea and something to eat. I really love croissant. Those have to be warmed a few minutes, so I put the oven on. After the rain the past few weeks the strawberries had grown to an eatable size. On my bare feet in the wet grass, it took me little time to fill my bowl with small red berries. Some were already pretasted by snails; they always know which ones are best. In my kitchen the tea water and the oven were hot. I put 2 croissants in the oven and wondered what to do with the other 2, s
o I put them in the oven too. In my XXL cup of approximately 800 ml I made tea. Then I found a gardening magazine with an article I had not read jet. When I looked up the content of the oven had become very dark, but after a short examination, interrupted by the fire alarm, I concluded that they were still eatable. And with fresh strawberries, straight and clean from the garden it was a great breakfast.
